Cyprus is an island nation in the Eastern Mediterranean, consisting of five districts in the south, including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Famagusta, and Kyrenia (northern part). The southern part of the island, known as the Republic of Cyprus, is internationally recognized. In contrast, the northern region, called Northern Cyprus, is only recognized by Turkey. Our site offers only southern Cyprus properties.
