Residential development project

The development project comprises residential fields, spanning approximately 595,810 m² in total. Access to the fields is via three registered roads.

This property comprises 83 land parcels, including 9 semi-finished villas and an entrance building situated on the borders of Ayia Varvara in Paphos district.

The entrance building is a two-storey completed unit. Access to the resort is achievable through three entry points: north, south, and east. All the parcels have merged into a single unit for the construction of the resort, known as “Santa Barbara Hills Park”, which remains undeveloped. Infrastructure, like a road network and landscaping, is present.

The project is situated roughly 2.5 km north of the Paphos-Limassol highway and around 1.6 km northeast of the centre of Ayia Varvara village.
