Here are the simplified steps to purchase a residential building in Cyprus:

1. Decide how much you can spend on the property and extra costs like taxes and transfer fees.
2. Find a property that meets your budget and requirements, considering location, size, rent-out opportunities, and what the place offers.

4. Arrange a viewing of the building and ask any relevant questions.
