5 bedroom villa

This smart three-level villa is situated on a corner plot with a view towards the sea shore of Limassol. The villa has metal gates in all corners to prohibit entry, offering full privacy. It is a fully smart home, fully automated with a Siemens automation system. It has a built-in music system with four zones connected with the automation. The whole house inside and outside is fully covered by a Wi-Fi system, an alarm system and a glass break sensor. It also has full coverage with eight cameras all around the house, which can be checked from all TVs and smartphones when away.

The overflow swimming pool is at the same level as the house and yard. It has a hydraulic cover for safety reasons. The water uses a salt system and not chlorine.
